Malted lemon braised wild mushrooms served a top all
butter puff pastry pillow. Served with Dance of Day
Pasta
Potato Gnocchi with black pepper seared chicken strips
and lemon grass cream. Finished with crumbled goat
cheese. Served with District Commons
Fish
Jamaican Jerk Yellow Fin Tuna Steak, flash seared
medium rare, served a top Creole seared mango half. Side
lime half for squeezing. Served with Ponzi IPA.
Yankee Pot Roast
Yankee Pot Roast. Served with braised root vegetables of
turnips, parsnips, carrots and fingerling potatoes. Served
with La Saison des Fetes
Dessert
Four High Carrot Cake. Dark moist carrot cake studded
with raisins, walnuts and pineapple. Finished with
smooth cream cheese icing and a drizzle of white
chocolate ganache. Served with NSFW Double Black IPA.
