Blank Banshee is a Canadian musician based in Vancouver, BC. He began releasing music in 2012 though the streaming service Bandcamp with ‘Blank Banshee 0’, a 15 track digital album featuring 90s pop culture and tech samples layered over original work.
He released his sophomore album ‘Blank Banshee 1’ in October of 2013. The Fader calls it ‘a masterwork of the new digital psychedelia’. It is often regarded as one of the forerunners of the ‘Post Vaporwave’ movement.
