David Bowie Box Set Happy Hour Listening Party w/Prizes

In anticipation of the Friday 9/29 release of the third massive David Bowie set, “A NEW CAREER IN A NEW TOWN (1977 – 1982)”, Songbyrd invites you to an upstairs listening party where we’ll celebrate the progressive Bowie of the late 70s, his art-damaged ‘Berlin’ period that included the albums “Heroes”, “Low”, “Lodger”, and “Scary Monsters”.

We’ll be playing cuts from these albums all evening, and, as usual, we’ll be giving away several of our patented swag bags at the bar, filled to the brim with Bowie-related (and other) goodies….

This time we will also be giving away a pair of tickets to see another British rock legend, Paul Weller of the Jam and the Style Council, at the Lincoln Theater on Saturday 10/7!!!

Also there’s still time to preorder your own copy of this monster box set. Reserve it on our site, then pick it up at Songbyrd and get some free coffee!
