Free After School Programs for High School Students

For five weeks in January and February 2018, we’re inviting students grades 9 through 12 to investigate a real world forensics mystery at the National Museum of Natural History! Students will meet and learn from museum scientists and educators, visit exclusive behind-the-scenes areas of the museum, and meet other science-minded teens from across the D.C. metropolitan area. Students will receive a certificate of completion which can be used to demonstrate interest in science necessary for acceptance into the Youth Engagement through Science internship program and the Q?Crew Volunteer Program. Applications are due January 9th.

Application materials and more information on the After School Programs can be found here: https://qrius.si.edu/teachers/youth-programs/after-school
