International Polychaete Day!

We’re celebrating International Polychaete Day (July 1) a day early and hope you join us!

Polychaetes are marine worms that come in many shapes and sizes. See them up close and personal with Smithsonian marine biologists. Discover what’s to love about these beautiful and varied animals, and why an entire day is devoted to polychaetes! Join zoologist Karen Osborn and colleagues as they discuss these fascinating creatures throughout the day.
