Dancing is a language we can all speak. It has the power to connect us with ourselves and with the world around us! Using a mix of hip hop, soca, reggaeton, merengue and salsa moves along with crazy-fun, high-energy international beats, GET READY to jump, shake and feel so good that you’ll forget how hard you’re working out!
(All Levels of 💃🏻 🕺🏽Welcome)
This class will benefit for Sanctuary DMV- a solidarity group of documented and undocumented people that pledge to resist the newly elected administration’s policy proposals to target and deport millions of immigrants and discriminate against marginalized communities including those who are black, indigenous, Muslim, latinx, and LGBTQ+
About the Instructor:
Da BLUE’s love for dance was incepted during childhood by her music-loving parents. From Zumba classes at the YMCA to the underground dance world of KAZAXE in northern VA, she’s experienced the positive, life-changing power that dance can have on communities as well as the individual heart and soul, and she wants to share it with her community.
